One the late afternoon of our last day in Boracay, we were too tired out to make the journey to Crafty’s – a long walk from our hotel, the Orchids Resort. Instead we went to Bei Kurt and Madz. Lucky us. As the name suggests, this restaurant is owned by a German and his Filipina wife. The food is German,... More

This was our “go to” spot during our time in Boracay. This was by far the cheapest and coldest beer we could find near our hotel in Station 3. Honorable mentions for the custom beer koozie the sleeve on their beers, having a nice bathroom and great beach seating you can use if you order from them. They also have... More

A German hang-out, service and food is good. For some reason the ventilation works — I was not bothered by the chain-smoking Deutchlanders. Thousands of used books.

Nice and clean hotelrooms with a litle kitchen. The food in restaurant is wery good (at least for Europeans) its like "homemade". Location is perfect for a "sundowner", sit in the bar in front of the palmfringed beach and watch the sun turning red, and dissappear in the ocean. Thumbs up for Kurts place. Try it out.
