Came here with my nephew to have a nice quiet lunch but felt that we were rushed to finish our food. Yes, we walked in abit late for lunch, about 1pm, but they accepted us in, but throughtout the meal, we felt rushed by the servers. Courses came within minutes of each other. We did not enjoy the meal. The... More

Dear Travellernot2urist, My Name is Philippe Pau, I'm the director in charge of Au Jardin where you had a disappointing meal experience sometime in May, first of all I must apologise for this on behalf of my whole team. As much as I am sadden to read about it I'm also grateful your review has highlighted an area where we... More

We visited this pretty colonial house and now delightful restaurant for dinner - what a picture, walking along the beautifully lit pathways set in the stunning Botanical Gardens. We had a wonderful view over the gardens, the service was excellent and we felt very elegant in the surroundings. The menu is not extensive, but still plenty to choose from and... More

I loved this quaint little restaurant housed in an old colonial bungalow located in the middle of the beautifully manicured Singapore botanical gardens. It is true to its les amis brand promise. Service could have been a little more attentive (but then again, we were a very large group) but the food was excellent and beautifully presented. The building could... More

I have been visiting this Restaurant since my Wedding in Singapore in 2000. It is one of the most unique dining experiences possible. The stunning Botanic Garden environment and the tiny Colonial house which seems to exist in a time capsule. The service and food are always excellent. The Les Amis Group are one of the most adventurous Restaurant groups... More

This restaurant is in an old colonial house in the botanic gardens, near the Nassim entrance. The setting is wonderful. We sat at a window table with a garden view, and it feels like you are a million miles away from the city. Very peaceful. Service is very good. The wine list is extensive (and expensive), and the food excellent.... More

A nice setting but looking a lot worn around the edges since we last visited shortly after it opened. Good service and wines selection but the food seemed be concocted by a chef preparing to make a try out on Celebrity Chef. The leek soup had plenty of green food colouring added and the shrimp parcels floating in it added... More

Make sure when you book to ask for one of these tables set near the windows on the front veranda so you dine with a direct view on the Park. This corner is a bit asid from the rest and softly lit, veyr romantic. Lovely colonial building, quiet restaurant, good service. The food was delicious (except maybe the nougat mousse,... More

This is the place to go if you want to have peace and quiet in a lovely garden setting. The food was well prepared. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Prefer this restaurant during lunch to enjoy the view and the well-priced set meals.

We went to Au Jardin for a small celebratory lunch. It was a clear sunny day and we sat on a glassed-in balcony of a lovely old colonial-era house, having the benefit of airconditioned comfort while feeling like we could touch the garden that rambled just past the glass. Birds flying, squirrels playing, we could forget about offices and business... More

good light sunday brunch at Au Jardin. Request a seat by the window for a good view of the botanical garden.
