beautiful and magnificient view of the city in the nite swimming in the spacious pool which is located at the 57th level of the hotel
The extraordinary views from this place justify the price. I looked at the tasting menu and didn't really find it compelling so I just ordered ala carte. My tempurad appetizer was well executed with now standard foamy broth. The Sea Bass entre was frankly excellent and a surprisingly large portion. The by the glass wine selection limited. Service was average... More
Don't expect to pay anything less than $300 per couple. The view is amazing but you don't get the 360 degree view as promised. It is roped off for hotel guests only (understandable) who are swimming. The staff are extremely efficient, friendly but not in your face with the usual cheap questions "where are you from etc" instead they are... More
I celebrated a friend's birthday at Sky on 57. We had the Chef's special lunch which comes with free mineral water. The dishes were good tasting size and we got to taste the chef's specialties. They were very nice. Justin QUEK came out to chat with us too. The view was fantastic, we could even see Sentosa island.

The table we were taken to was nearest to the main entrance and we both... More

But over looking a cargo port with my fiancé and paying a pricely sum is not what I had in mind when I booked his restaurant.... More
A nice breakfast overlooking a beautiful city. Sadly I felt very uncomfortable here and I have had much nicer hotel breakfasts. The food was very good quality but the variety was lacking. French toast - no maple syrup - coffee took 10-15mins to arrive, bacon well too overcooked - no eggs (you had to order them seperately - but they... More
What a breath taking experience. Elgant food, top class service, magnificient vew. Make sure to take lots of money with you.
We had a degustation with a wine menu. The waiter was very sweet and charming, but she was busy - and some of the food was fantastic, especially abalone & risotto. The wine was not exciting, the place lacks charm. I would have rated this very good, if it hadn´t been for the price; SGD 1,100 for two! Have a... More
