We HAD to visit for the Singapore Sling but although it was nice, it wasn't the best I'd had. Yes, I loved the elegant surroundings, the few sandwiches were very pleasant and the staff most polite and helpful but I just feel we paid way over the top for it. The total cost came to more than we paid for... More

After drinking a singapore sling (beste one in town in raffles hotel !) we had dinner in the raffles grill. The service was very professional and the food excellent. The stake was cooked to perfection and one of the best ever. Also the fish was very, very nice. We took wine by the glas and that was the only negative.... More

We had to consider the value of the whole package when we visited the Raffles Grill because the wine, and probably the food/amuse bouche are not competitively priced on the gentlemen’s menu (the ladies’ menus have no prices). We feel that the experience was an excellent one-time value because the Raffles Hotel is one-of-a-kind and somewhat immune from competition. Venue.... More

Sensational buffet lunch on Easter Sunday; started with the ubiquitous Singapore Sling and then free flowing Billycart salmon Champers great food great company. Beautifully maintained but must say the Easter decorations were hilarious they were so bad!! bits of coloured cotton balls on sticks crazy! We booked well in advance and I would recommend you do so to secure a... More

After spending time sightseeing in very high temperatures we arrived at the Raffles hotel mid afternoon and decided to take a drink in their gardens. The outside of the hotel held the grandeour seen in films and it was like stepping back in time. Once we sat down under the shade in the garden we had to have something to... More

At 26 Sing Dollars, a Singapore Sling is a trifle expensive and a bit rum punches,, however, the surroundings are very iconic and we absolutely loved our visit. A must. My wife andI walked up from Clarkes Quay, a rather warm walk but well worth the effort. We also had an afternoon tea. Excellent value, left stuffed with tea, sanwhiches... More

After a long day viewing the sights of Singapore, we called into raffles for a Singapore sling, a must on our to do list! We were not disappointed, drinks were great, peanuts fresh and a welcome relief from walking around all day. Thank you for making us feel very welcome!
