The Chart House Restaurant in Annapolis, MD was just as I imagined a waterfront restaurant to be. Cosy, exquisite water views with the setting sun and delicate, tasty entrees and desserts. I felt rich and elegant there.

Selected the Chart House for our family group to celebrate my daughter's recent graduation from the University of Maryland. Figured the drive to Annapolis was worth it to dine at the waterfront & avoid the commencement-day crowds in College Park. Was able to make reservations online - same day. No problem getting the time we wanted.

Attended a birthday party dinner for 6. Two of the six entrees had under cooked fish and shrimp. This created an awkward situation for the occasion and irritated everyone at the table. The food took so long to be finished that everyone at the table had eaten their food. Not planning to go back anytime soon.
Went to the Charthouse in Annapolis today for Mother's day. THe food was mediocre at best. I ordered the pan seared scallops and they were over done and they were cold. Everyone else at my table thought their meal was o.k. but for the price i guess we were all expecting a little more. I probably will not go back...

Parking a little difficult. Hard to see where we could and couldn't park, but for Annapolis, parking was great. I asked if the bartender could make a good Manhattan, our waiter, Will, replied "what brands do you prefer?" The drink was excellent. Good start. We both ordered prime rib, and no potato. He asked if we wanted broccoli instead, yes,...

My Husband and I are partial to the Chart House. This was the location of our first date AND the place we got married. Yes, the wait can be long without reservation, but it is always worth it. The food is great, and we have never had a problem with the service. My only complaint is the noise level, not...

What a wonderful restaurant and enjoyable experience! . A meal at the Chart House is usually on the agenda and I have eaten here many times through the years. One of the best features is the view and atmosphere. Amazing! As you walk to the front door, you get the feeling that you are on a dock, or even on...

We had a late, light lunch today at Chart House. Sampled a number of the appetizers: crab cake, baked oysters and the lobster and shrimp fresh rolls as well as the chopped salad. The salad had too much red onion in it and it overwhelmed the salad. There was something a bit too spicy in the salad as well. The...

Two business associates and I dined at the Chart House during a recent trip to Annapolis and we all were very please with it. I ordered the rockfish (a favorite not generally available to me back home) and asked the waiter to ask the chef to prepare it however he thought best. The result was fabulous -- sauteed, with a...
