Let's start by saying the food was good BUT I don't think the service can handle anything larger than a group of maybe 4. Our group of 10 made advance reservations, warned them this bday group of 10 women could be/would be noisy. Well they had us smack dab next to one poor couple trying to have a romantic dinner... This is a very popular restaurant in Annapolis. I was truly disappointed in its service. I wasn't offered water as I came to the table later after dropping off my friend. They didn't arrange the dishes on the small table to place my plate. Instead the waitress handed me my plate to do that myself while she worked on my... More

This restaurant is charming. Located on a busy circle, there is outdoor seating towards the rear and several dining rooms inside. I chose Reyonolds because of the interesting and varied menu. I don't know if this was a bizarre isolated incident or not; we loved most of the food, sent back one dish and 2 of 3 became moderately ill... More

Alighting the few brick steps from Annapolis' Church Circle is being transported from the contemporary to an earlier life period. The interior is straight out of a tour of George Washington's Mt. Vernon especially the dining room. Decorated with charming wooden round tables and chairs, the soft lace curtains seem to shield guests from the traffic laden outdoors. While ambiance... More

This colonial era tavern has a prime location and offers several dining options. There is a two-level patio/courtyard, 3 lovely interior dining rooms, tables out front on Church Circle, and the unique cellar Pub. On a spectacular spring afternoon, after enjoying the boat show, we chose the patio for a late lunch. The place was bustling - usually a good... More

It is in a charming old Annapolis building on Church Circle. I had passed by it several years and so glad that we finally went there. Great colonial atmosphere. Great food and service. It was a good value.

My wife and I have been coming to Annapolis for years to see bands at the Ramshead Tavern around the corner. We arrived early in the afternoon, and since the show wasn't until 8pm, we had a lot of time to kill. We decided to go to the Reynold's Tavern for their afternoon Tea Service. My wife got the Cream... More

We went to Reynolds Tavern as our first romantic date. We found it through Trip Advisor and it was an excellent choice. Nick, our server, was wonderful, cordial and made it a very special evening for us. The food was excellent and while we don't think there would've been a bad choice for dinner, our choices of the filet and... More

Although Reynolds Tavern has a regular menu, their strength is the tea service. They have a delightful variety of teas. Each guest gets their own teapot. We have dined here several times over the years, and never tire of the english sweet treats with cream and preserves.

The group I was traveling with had a trivia night at Reynolds. I arrived early for dinner. I ordered from the early bird special menu and had a burger and macaroni and cheese with bacon. For the price, $5.00 each, I expected small portions or low quality. The portions were large and the quality was also exceptional. They have a... More
