Looking at the reviews I think we caught it on a bad day ..... Late opening due to lost keys, asked if we wanted a complimentary drink whilst we waitied for breakfast which we were subsequently charged for !! Breakfast was awful, cold, tastless and not worth waiting nearly one hour for. Not to worry, there's always tomorrow !
