Rs 2000 /+ taxes is what you pay for the seven course preset europeon meal drinks are extra .It is nice but too slow for indian temperament. The candle lights and trees makes the environment very romantic.I only wish there were no mosquitos they are such a put off.But worth an experience once. You also need to prereserve and 50% cancellation... More

when I lived in Bangalore I took most of the people who visited to Grasshopper and everyone loved it. The only people who missed out were Margaret & Mike. So when Marg & I were last on holiday in India we had a night in Bangalore and went there. Just as good as I remembered it. No menu choices, more... More

My girlfriend and I went to Grasshopper this past weekend to celebrate her birthday. I called a day in advance for the reservation, and was told that I would get a call back by 9pm to confirm the same. Of course, by 2pm the next day there was still no call and so i called back and confirmed it myself.... More

Easily our best dining experience in Bangalore! Each of the seven courses was crafted with thought and care, it was a culinary delight. The beautiful [fresh, warm] breads with olive oil and balsamic vinegar was to die for.. The atmosphere is idyllic and the attention to detail [flowers, lighting, setting] made it a a memorable experience, especially as it is... More

I like good food, but am not a foodie and hence I seldom remember what I ate a few hours later. Having read about Grasshopper, my first visit for lunch, was, surprisingly, more pleasant than I expected..The relaxed ambience set amongst natures placid gifts, a seven course meal, attractively plated and delicately flavoured, was served with high class service, at... While the pricing and the food quality (in terms of taste and presentation) matches Leela Palace, there are certainly loads of other things which dont match. Seating: Absolutely uncomfortable chairs. I think this will help customers eat little. Variety: For the same price, Sunday Brunch at Leela Palace provides you with atleast 90 to 100 varieties. But is limited to... More

My wife planned for a surprise and I never expected it would be this luxurious experience, never imagined you could find a place like this in Bangalore. By going here we have now realized the meaning of "fine dining" esp. in India. Food was also amazing with all the combination of veg and non-veg in a seven course meal. It's... More

By far the worst fine dining experience ever! My husband and I went there after reading some of these reviews. Prior to our visit we had checked with the host if the place would live up to the hype for vegetarians also and were told that we would not be disappointed. We have had and loved european cuisine at various places... My husband and me are quite the foodies and my last trip to Bangalore was basically a gastronomic excursion to a huge number of places in the one visit. And this place really stood out! Having eaten at quite a few good five star restaurants, I can say with confidence that this is the only restaurant that I have been... More
