Neat and clean place, Food served is very good, spicy south indian dishes, Nan, Rotty ---- very good . Reasonable price ---- The problem is parking, very very difficult... no parking place for such a good hotel ????? very much disapointed-------

Quality Restaurant came into Ooty when we badly needed a good restaurant to go.Most of the eating places have run down.Food served is good.Pricing also very reasonable. Their restaurant at Coonoor is also pretty good WORTH TRYING.

I tried the buffet lunch here and its combination of both south indian and north indian food. Even we got chinese in the buffet menu. Nice ambience, neat and clean place. Service is also very nice and prompt. Worth of money. Must visit place.

Food at the Quality's is good, clean and tasty. Especially the veg thali at noon time is a prime attraction for tourists. Non veg side dishes or main course can also be ordered extra with the thali. They have outlets both in Ootty and Coonoor. Food is reasonably priced and quantity, quality is good, compared to other similiar eat outs.

If u r looking out of Different Non-Veg Food, Clean Restaurant, Buffet Facility and reasonable rate, this is ur place.. But the only thing we felt bad was the food we ordered was little Salty and heavily oiled... There was also no meals available.. Otherwise, A Very Good Restaurant... Best for non-veg lovers...

The food here overall is quite good especially the Indian breads and curry, the service is also quite good the waiters are friendly and accommodating, overall the place is worth trying. The negative side is you will have to be lucky to get a parking on the road side or on the parking area below the icici bank.

The chicken tikka biryani here was very good and the quantity and quality is amazing. it is a very clean place with large glass windows and also a great veg buffet. The view from the place is also very good as this is placed on a nice location.

Was pleasantly surprised to find a quality continental restaurant in Ooty. Quick service and good food. The only pain is that it is very difficult to get parking around the place. We had dinner here once and liked the pasta and the soup. I assume the quality of the other items on the menu are equally good.
