Decor was more modern, with a hint of eastern touch. Food delicious and good amounted serving. 'Ballon' bread was fantastic
When my friend at i sat down to eat at Sedef, our waiter, Hakki, was quick to cater to our request for vegan food. Not only did he make sure to provide us with vegan options, but he also made sure to provide us with incredibly delicious food and top notch service. I have spent 5 months now in Turkey... More
First cafe I visited in last three days who serve water before anything else. Very near to the main road. If its all sunshine, you could sit out in the warmth. The turkish coffee is too strong. Not for feable hearted. If have a hangover u just take one coffee and its all gone in a jiffy
We had lunch there in mid October as part of our wonderful Euphrates tour in Cappadocia. The food was incredible. Also we were not rushed in anyway and could really enjoy our meal. Our debonair server was HAKKI who was charming and funny. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. It was local food at it's best! Thanks so much!
The restaurant is located next to the main street. It is possible to eat out and inside. We were there in November, so we enjoyed the warmth of the cozy restuarant with a really good service. The food was good with a large selection of Turkish cuisine.
It was a cool evening when we enjoyed supper inside this restaurant. Complimentary bread and mezes started off our experience and we both really enjoyed the "pottery kebap" served in a terracotta container that is broken open at the table. There is also a small shopping area on the same side of the street at this south end of town... More
We enjoyed a very nice, good value lunch here. The service was good humoured and generally very prompt. The food itself was excellent - complimentary and delicious bread, wholesome casseroles and tasty meze. Our two course meal with soft drinks came to 77TL, which really is not bad at all. The only downside is its roadside location, very near a... More
Ate lunch in outside covered area. The passing busses were a little annoying but no enough to spoil our lunch. There were seven of us including an 11 year old. Service was friendly and efficient. Everyone was very pleased with their meal. Waiter was very friendly and went out of his way to involve the child with serving the traditional... More
Nice shaded terrace on the main square, friendly efficient service, amazing tandoor baked bread and tasty food make this very popular with tourists. Especially nice at lunchtime. The pottery kebab, baked in a pastry-sealed clay pot which is broken open at the table is good here.
I had lamb shish plus a glass of local wine, and it was 17TL, meaning less than 10USD. The outdoor area allowed me to watch the people going by and to hear the sounds of the village. I could have sat inside by the large fireplace but it wasn't really cool enough.
