What a great easy atmosphere! Perfect for kids (huge sand pit to play in!) We loved the burgers (they were out of this world) and so were the onion rings and shakes. You will not be disappointed here.

They know how to cook a hamburger, put bacon and cheese on it and serve it up quickly. Great, skinny, well cooked French fries. There was entertainment the night I visited, I bought his CD, they were both good. An enjoyable large open space with lots of activity, but not too noisy.

A quick lunch stop on the way to Santa Fe let us experience the juiciest, yummiest burger ever. The onion rings were outstanding too. GPS had a hard time finding it. Off i40 west take a left at the end of the ramp at the light. You'll see it on the right.

Good burgers with a sports bar sort of atmosphere, lots of families there. You stand in line and order your food and drinks and then pick it up when your number is called. They have sodas, beer and a had 2 types of wine when we visited, a red and a zinfandel. A good spot with the locals.

This locally owned restaurant serves up burgers that are big and juicy. They are only outdone by the handcut fries and onion rings. If you only eat at one restaurant in Amarillo this is the place to go. There are now two locations and the locals fill them both up on a regular basis. The atmosphere is casual and friendly.

We stopped in here on a whim as we were driving. Fun place. Great t-shirts. Burgers are huge and served pink, there is a large selection of toppings. The fries are great and I am not a big fry person. My only complaint would be that my bun tended to fall apart. So good!

We come here often. It is consistently good and sometimes wonderful. Service is fast. They are always busy so be prepared to wait in line to order. The line will go down quickly so don't let that turn you away.

Blue Sky is a great little restaurant, with a great selection of burgers. The fried jalapenos were amazing!! I would go back just for those alone! it has a good "cafe" type atmosphere, with counter service. Definitely a great find in Amarillo and a local favorite.

I come here often. It is to me one of the best burgers I know of. The chili cheese fries are to die for. I have to split toe chili cheese fries and a burger or it has to come home because it makes two meals. I will keep coming back for sure.

What a local find this place was! Sure, you must order at a counter, get a number and pick up your order. But the hamburgers are the best I've every had, anywhere. Try the fried onions too!
