We stayed at Hostel Galeria 13 over New Year 2012 and ate here regularly. It is run by the owner of the Hostel and the food is excellent in quality and portion size! Great menu with options to suit all!

We went to Zulu because of its high rating on Trip Advisor. The atmosphere was nothing special, nor was the service. In fact, the outdoor seating included several large crawling red bugs (roaches?). I have gone here my first two nights in Salvador. The food is very good. The live entertainment and the setting are exceptional. The service is also very good. It is a very laid back kind of place. (Don't expect a "fine dining" experience).
