In my opinion, after Gepetto, Mercearia Bresser serves the best pizza in Curitiba. The selection of pizzas is huge so it is not always easy choosing. The Chopp is excelent and always served at the right temperature. They also make excellent caipirinhas. The only draw back is that the restaurant gets very noisy when full.

I used to think Avenida Paulista had the title, but Mercearia Bresser (now 2 locations!) hold the title of best pizza in Curitiba in my book. The dough, the fresh ingredients, the tastefully simple and comfortable decor. Excellent wine list. Will keep coming back!

It's a very good place to be at. Cozy and confortable. The service is a big slow and the selection of beers is very limited. The pizza, however, tastes very good. One of the best in town.
