The couvert was poor, but the main course was not bad. The bathroom was really dirty. You can eat in better places with the same price.
I ate at the Niza several times. It is reasonably priced. Service and food are both good. Although it isn't a "stand out" it is a good basic restaurant.

On a Sunday by 11am. The only place open to avoid an overpriced ARS 140 p/p breakfast at Sheraton, found this bar that charged ARS 100 per 2 coffees and 2 ham and cheese sandwiches. Ok and fair. News and wifi for free
