Description: ‘Pomo Pizzeria Napoletana creates the truly authentic pizza experience utilizing the same simple methods that were practiced for hundreds of years in Napoli, Italy where pizza was born and perfected. Pomo's Pizza is produced according to the Neapolitan tradition where each pizza is a unique piece of art. We combine the slow levitation method to produce our homemade dough, all natural ingredients, and the Blast-Cooking process for 60–90 seconds at 905°C on our wood burning oven imported from Italy to lock in flavors, natural aroma and moisture. This gives the pizza a soft and digestible crust, which is the signature style of a true Napoletana Pizza. Our pizza is made from slow-rising sourdough with a minimum of 24 hours in the rising process. We are proud to be the First and Only APN Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani and VPN Verace Pizza Napoletana certified Restaurant in Arizona. We take Neapolitan pizza seriously and you will be able to tell with every taste.

Have visited before & enjoyed great pizzas. Same again last night but the service was pretty inattentive & unfriendly. Had to walk up to staff to ask for more wine & waitress was quite surly. Pizza was great but they are getting thicker with more cheese & topping which is not the traditional Neapolitan way. Perhaps this is to suit... More

I'm not sure why we waited so long to try Pomo Pizza. Coming from NY, and having been to Italy, I'm usually a little disappointed with the pizza we've tried in Arizona (with a few exceptions). I called same day for reservations that evening, and although they were already full, the friendly girl on the phone offered to seat us... More

We had lunch outdoors at Pomo Pizzeria in the Scottsdale Borgata shopping center and were pleasantly surprised. Fresh salads and a well-crafted pizza and a bruschetta for an appetizer. Servers were pleasant and attentive and we all enjoyed the meal.

The salads are generous to say the least. If you intend on having a full meal and dessert don't tackle the salad or even the soup alone. We made reservations for Saturday night with open table, I strongly recommend reservations unless you like an hour wait. We were also fortunate that we were staying at the Marriott Residence Inn just... More

.... it's called a "wet" dough because it's basically like searing meat on a grill in the special oven that was brought over from Italy by the owner in pieces I hear (not sure of that story)... The dough is not undone, just a great consistency!! Have done pizza there twice, but have to try the gnocchi....the panna cotta was... More

Pizzas here are the best delicious esp. the diavolo. Great appetizers including bruschetta. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Went there twice in a 2 week trip so that says something! Deserts were not good but the coffee they serve here was exceptional we find it so hard to get good strong coffee in US - this is place for it.... More

Took a friend here for her birthday lunch today and we both loved it! We were greeted very enthusiastically by a very friendly waiter. We each had a glass of wine and a pizza. The pizza was absolutely delicious! We were also given complimentary beignets to celebrate my friend's birthday. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant and will... More

They ate certified making the "pizza verace " and is absolutely true. It is the same pizza you can have in Naples, Italy where pizza was invented. When i like a pizza in Pox i'm going there.

Waitress was exceptional, food was very good. Gave us a tour of the wood-fired oven and how they cook the Pizzas.
