Moist flavorful meat, great sauce, fast service, and a casual atmosphere made for an enjoyable lunch for us in Eureka Springs. We would definitely go back.

All I can say... We have to have Bubba's BBQ every visit to Eureka or it's not a complete visit! You'll know what we mean when we say it's not a complete visit unless you've ate at Bubbas when you visit.

Stopped in here while riding through Eureka Springs. The were motorcycle friendly with very quick service. We were seated quickly. I had beef sandwich that had plenty of meat and good sauce. The food was good and hot. Service very good and fast considering how busy they were they did a good job.

Small and very casual with ribs, sandwiches, and more. The house sauce is my favorite anywhere. Very popular and has been in business for many years. Successful because its really good. Reasonable too.

By far the best restaurant we have eaten at in Eureka Springs, Ar. The portions were good sized and the service was excellent. I had the brisket which was great. The staff was also very friendly. If you visit Eureka Springs this is a must!!!!!!

real smoked meats. ribs are cooked just right, fries are done perfectly and the wait staff are top notch. ate there during busy hours and food was still served very fast and fresh.
