The Oasis was recommended by a couple of different people, including Bob, the innkeeper at Roadrunner Inn. Absolutely fabulous food! Take the red line trolley to the second downtown shopping stop (#82, I think) and you will see a small sign pointing downstairs just a couple doors beyond the trolley stop. Fabulous!

So I'm not huge into dives (which this place definitely is...), but maybe this place has changed my mind. They have limited hours, but this was seriously the BEST vegetarian mexican I've ever had. Portobello/Spinach Chipotle Enchilada... amazing. I can't believe THAT food came from that kitchen. Seriously - go if you can!

My favorite all time restaurant! I have come here once a year for at least 15 years. I hope they never go out of business! I want to keep coming until I can't any more! Fantastic Ark-Mex. Always a little different than other places but it is awesome! Highly recommend.
