This was our favourite restaurant over the month we were at Kite Beach. The creative home style meals are excellent and the friendly service is the best anywhere. This quaint beach front setting offers a beautiful view of the ocean, frequented by kite surfers. One visit and you will return.

We just got back from a trip to Cabarete. Chichigua was our favorite spot. I'm addicted to the mexi-beef pastellitos. The chinese veggie pastellitos are also very good. The staff is great. We had an 18-month-old in our group and they charmed him. In 8 days, we dined here 9 times.

Pastelitos and pitas are great, and very friendly service. They do take out and delivery too which is nice after a day on the water.

I lovel being exposed to new ingredients and new ways of preparing familiar ingredients so I was thrilled to be introduced to superfood Moringa. The pastellitos are super yummy, especially the conch one. True the portions are not huge, but it is reasonable enough to add another dish. Very friendly chef, thanks for the Cassabe recommendation.

they make their own special dough for their empanadas and pita bread. it's absolutely fantastic. on top of that everything else they make is delicious. the setting is really nice, too, with an open-air, covered dining hall on the beach.

My family is crazy about the conch salad, which was great. Good healthy food, though a little pricy for the portion size by Cabarete standards. I especially liked the Pastellitos.
