Located on a busy street in Monterey (New Monterey), parking can be difficult, but it is definitely worth the effort. This unassuming little restaurant consistently provides excellent service and fantastic food. Crystal Fish is the locals' favorite place to go for fresh, well prepared Japanese food. The people who run the restaurant are very friendly.

We could eat sushi every day, and when we are in MRY, we make a point of having at least one meal at Crystal Fish. They have extremely fresh fish, and some of their rolls are quite creative and delicious, accompanied by their signature sauces which are a departure from traditional sushi. You will not be disappointed!
