I had dinner here with a friend who has traveled extensively in India she was impressed with the authenticity and we all (two others new to Indian cuisine) all enjoyed the flavors and freshness. We ate family style so as get the chance to taste a variety of things. The portion sizes were a little small for doing this and... More

I go to Lotus every time I visit family in Marin. Sometimes we get take out which is excellent, but I love sitting there and having a catch up with my sisters. I love the food and the setting is lovely. I don't know anything about indian food, but this stuff tastes divine.

The lunch buffet is a great combination of veggies and curries. Naan bread is quite good as are the in house made dipping sauces. Friendly service too.

Lotus is our favourite restaurant for Indian food in the area whether for eat in or takeaway. We usually enjoy Chicken Jalfrezi and Rogan ghosh plus the nan breads, all freh with ample servings. Service is efficient and the prices reasonable. The roll back roof is an added perk during the summer months.

This is a lovely restaurant. Cozy, attractive decor, warm & friendly staff, & delicious food. Entrees seem a bit pricey for Indian, but lunch buffet is an excellent value. Convenient location in downtown means parking can be a little challenging.

We live in Napa where we have no India restaurants. Lotus is a good place for us to get our fill of good Indian food. We like Tandoori Chicken and Lamb Biryani. With the exception of the curries, portions of which are pathetically small, all of the other dishes are ample. All are tasty! Recommended!

Fresh, high-quality Indian food served by the nicest family. Unusual dining room with a roll-back roof that's open in nice weather. The family's other restaurant, Lotus Chaat, further up Fourth Street, is also fantastic. Hard to choose which is my favorite.

The Indian food here is quite good, although there are relatively few original or unique dishes. My best frame of reference is Royal Khyber, near South Coast Plaza in Orange County, with a national reputation for its cuisine. I find the tandoori dishes at Lotus to be far superior, especially the chicken and the ground lamb seekh kabob, as is... More
