Really great sushi/Asian dishes. Great service. Had options for gluten intolerance. Very reasonably priced.

We really like the sushi and cooked dishes at Suehiro's but...the owners are really starting to let the decor and service slide. Strips of the formica on the tables are coming loose, the walls, carpet, etc. looks dirty too. It's a shame because I have eaten there since 1996 and the food really is delish. If the owners would invest...

The sushi here is amazing! Try the dynamite shrimp at lunch, just don't expect to stay on your diet if you do. The service is slow and they are understaffed, but I've only ever been when they are very busy, which seems to be always. In the winter, it's always cold, so dress warmly. A good value is the terriaki...

I've visited Suehiro's many times--the quality of the food keeps me going back....but the service is awful. Sometimes you have to wait to be greeted for seating for 5 minutes; often the waiters won't come to your table for 3-5 minutes after being seated to even get a drink order---and it's best to order everything at that point if you're...

Sometimes there will be a wait for your food because on weekends especially, it will fill up as soon as the doors open. The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is great, and the price is normal for sushi. The only thing I haven't been thrilled with is their cooked dishes. All of the shushi and rolls are excellent!
When I moved here from the west coast, I figured my sushi days were over. However, Suehiro has very pleasantly fulfilled my sushi needs. The yakisoba is also great. They have "real" tables and chairs as well as sitting on the floor options. A full bar completes the experience although sake or plum wine is more traditional.
I was recently in GJ for training and asked a local where I could get good sushi, they suggested Suehiro. The sushi was fantastic as was the miso soup. Everything was very fresh. I can say that it's the best that I have had in Colorado. The front of the restaurant appeared to be under construction and was not easy...

Ate excellent sushi here on a Friday night. The place was packed and the service was fast. We were asked to switch tables (to a better one, I might add) right after we ordered. The management was apologetic and offered us a free glass of wine or appetizer to do so....a large group had come in unexpectedly and they needed...

Sushi in GrandJunction- if you have a craving go here. I will be the first to admit, the service isn't great. It kind of sucks alot of time actually. I've waited forever for a table, but I always, always wait. It's worth it. The food is everything you hope for. The sushi is amazing, and actually doesn't take that long...

We were on a road trip for about a week before we ate at this restaurant.
We arrived at about 1 pm and waited a long time to be seated. The restaurant closes at 2 pm.
Although the restaurant had a few empty tables, they seemed short of staff so we had to wait again for our orders to be...
