We had a great waitress. Good seafood and I loved the environment! The prices were perfect for the food.

Absolutely the freshest, cleanest, raw oysters east of Seattle Washington. The Grouper sandwich was just as good… For lunch? Man… I ate WAY TOO much – but is was SO worth it. Can wait to go back!

The seafood was fresh, cooked perfectly and the staff very friendly and the meals priced well. They were flexiable and willing to grill items instead of frying them.

Stumbled upon J. Michael's by accident and went in expecting a tourist trap eaterie. Not so. The menu is heavily Cajun influence, and the seafood is great. I had the garlic shrimp and loved it. The raw oysters were great, but they were served in a metal pan that seemed lacking in presentation. The shrimp and pasta was overly spicy... More

A favorite for "locals" .. On the beach for decades. Not your average "tourist trap" restaurant you find on the beach. Nothing fancy.. Good "home style food"..

My sister-in-law had the fish & french fries fish was OK but the fries were so salty she couldn't eat them. I asked the waitress if they had crab legs she answered yes. I asked how much and was told the price. I asked what it came with and was told that it came with nothing! I ordered the crablegs... More

The fresh oysters were great!! Had 2 dozen, can not beat the price 6.99 for a dozen raw. Great atmosphere and service. Sat at the bar, enjoyed looking, at all the turtle shells, shotguns and money tacked to the beams. I heard on Wednesdays the spaghetti is awesome. Next time I'm in Panama on a Wed. Will try it out.
