Love the menu with the portion control and the fresh ingredients. We went for a quick bite and ended up having a delightful meal. What a treat..... friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great atmosphere ! A winner we will be back

The food is good but I would not say great. A little confused by the healthy food comments. To me the menu did not seem to be especially health conscious. I will state that the portions are small so if you are hungry may not be the best choice.

If my friend had not pointed out the fact that everything on the menu is under 475 calories I never would have known. The food was fresh and delicious. I had the mahi tacos. We have dined here on several occasions over the past couple of years and have enjoyed every visit. The food is excellent with great choices to suit everybody. The service has always been attentive and friendly. No visit to Tampa would be complete if we did not come here.

You might need reservations or to sit at the bar all the restaurants in Tampa on the weekend seem super busy. I sat at the bar had excellent service and was much closer to my second glass of wine.
