Excellent hipster scene with a variety of whiskies and beer unmatched in the area. The characters behind the bar are enough of a reason to warrant a visit here, and the cuisine is inviting. Don't expect to be served immediately, even on weeknights we found it hard to squeeze in to get drinks or eat at the bar. I severely... More

Brunch, Saturday morning (11.35am), small line. Cons: service is awful. Our server (Lauren) didn't explain anything about the menu (or even about the brunch amuse...) and she didn't check if we were enjoying or refill water/coffee. She was pretty rude. It took 15 minutes (more or less) to get a table but it was almost empty. Pros: good food, creative... More

First of all, the food is wonderful! Our server Justin was great too......BUT we waited for over one hour, about one hour and 40 minutes to be seated......It was busy, but watching numerous tables of two being seated, as we waited was not cool. Our party of three, watch a line of two-tops (about 10 tables of two) turn over... More

Great brunch place, with novel spin on the American breakfast and lunch fare. Beer list is superb. Place is "hot", hence, be prepared to wait for the table which is well worth it.

Yep...you'll wait 1 - 2 hours to eat. Don't come here an whine about the wait...go someplace else that has no people in it! Folks, there are reasons for the wait: A) It's really good, delicious, interesting food B) It's reasonably priced and proportioned C) The wait is interesting as you end up chatting with people around you D) The... Visited last Sunday. We had intended to go to the Girl and the Goat and a friend suggested L&E. We had a drink at the bar. They of course insisted we close out; first negative. Service was good but the food was a huge let down. We started with the bone marrow which was good but the bacon over powered... More

OK, I am guessing people will not agree with me here since clearly with the 1-2 hour wait people love this place, but I didn't think there was anything special about this place. There are some interesting dishes, but I personally did not think they were that great and while they seemed unique, I have had similar stuff at other... More

Longman & Eagle is AMAZING! And so reasonable on the wallet! The drinks are fantastic! The staff is marvelous! The food is unbelievably delicious! Get here early if you do not want to wait long for a table. If you do need to wait... Grab a drink from the bar!!! They also have hotel rooms... I hope to stay here... More

This restaurant has a cool and hip atmosphere, great wiskey, and great tapas.Truthfully, if it wasn't because the food was amaizing, I would give this place a 3 star review. The place was packed, very loud, and the wait was extremely long. The restaurant has a cool and hip atmosphere, great wiskey, and great tapas. I never thought I'd wait... More

I grabbed brunch here with a friend on our last stop before leaving the city. I'm picky about where my salmon comes from and was pleasantly surprised to see Scottish Salmon Benedict on the menu. From the thousand island hollandaise to the beautiful roe on top the dish did not disappoint. My friend ordered a couple mimosas and the Fried... More
