service, food and atmosphere very nice. We enjoyed our meal. You can sit at the sushi bar or at a table. The sushi was very good.
Im not a big fan of sushi until recently. I stopped in abd ordered some sushi to go .. the hostess was very helpful in helping me pick 2 go sushi rolls for me as a picky eater. it was so good my nonsushi eating husband ate half of it.. will return soon !!!
Nice little Sushi restaurant right on the Cane River in downtown Natchitoches. Great selection of sushi rolls, sashimi and tempura on the menu. Helpful and attentive staff. Nothing too fancy, just goof sushi.
First, we went when there was no one else there, so the service could be bad other times, I don't know. But the food was really good, and the waitress was very nice. They don't have much of whats on the menu at that location unfortunately. No hibachi. The food was also a little pricey for me, but no more... More
Title says it all - expect to sit around unattended a good bit, and maybe have the wrong food served to you before they get things right (as happened to us), but when you get your food it will taste pretty darn good. A friend and I had a few specialty rolls, edamame & miso soup. All was very tasty... More
Not the worst Japanese ever, but maybe its second cousin. Crunchy roll with no crunchy. Miso with just broth. The chicken teriyaki was ok. Service was ok.
I had eaten here previously so was dissappointed and suprised the meal this time was only average Food quality and portions were very good; however service was 'off' and the Hibachi cook needed improvement Too much salt and seasoning was used on everything - lobster does NOT need to be coated in teryaki sauce! Also, i have never seen huge... More
The sashimi we has was okay, but the tuna tartar was terrible. Our server was not the least bit proficient, I had to explain my order to her... Sushi vs. Sashimi. It's a sushi place, right? Not much in the area, so if you're hungry and this is it, go for it. Just manage your expectations.
This is a very high priced restaurant. We ordered some appetizers for our meal because it was cheaper. The alligator was so rubbery you couldn't eat it. The shrimp was a little tough and the mushrooms were ok. We did get them to take off the price for the alligator but I would not recommend this place.
