I've been here twice and will definitely go back. The food, beer and atmosphere is very good. The first time I had a Falafel salad with french onion soup and a stout. The second time I had the Monterey Wrap with a brown and sweet potato fries. Service was also very good, they have WiFi and you can pay electronically.

We'd driven by the store in Portland and didn't have time to stop, so decided while driving down Route 1 in Kennebunk to stop here. As the other reviews state, it is a very generic building and at first my wife thought we should pass because she was expecting something more quaint given the Maine locale. We looked at th... More

The building on US 1, the primary tourist artery through the town, looked brand new. Located about 25 miles from the Sebago microbrewery, it’s one of a chain of brewpubs expanding in southern Maine. Its interior was entirely generic and lacked character, atmosphere, or ambiance. It seemed more a cynically sited tourist trap than an authentic local watering hole. After... More

SBC is part of a 5-restaurant Maine "chain." The Kennebunk location is handy, has a lot of parking, and great beers! That said, the food is mediocre though pizza is often a very good choice. Service can be s-l-o-w. This is a gathering-spot for locals as it is welcoming. The restaurant staff are friendly and know many townspeople. SBC also... More

Fairly new brew pub with excellent atmosphere, great bar, and of course wonderful Sebago beers. On a couple of previous trips to Maine (my adopted state) we discovered Sebago Brewers in Portland We fell in love with their beers and wish they were available in Massachusetts. Haven't found them locally yet. My favorite is Saddleback. The restaurant uses lots of... More

The location is bizarre....parking lot of a grocery chain, so no view...however......great pub food & of course their own brewed ale. Went in for a quick burger and a great beer after shovelling snow from the family's driveway.

This was our first time here and we found it to be a very upbeat, friendly place with a great staff. Good food with awesome beer to top it all off! Will go back next time we are in Kennebunk!

With fried pickles and a late season Slick Nick Ale, then an order of shrimp tacos, all was good and comfy. When in Kennebunk, I would highly recommend this relatively new Sebago.

All 3 of us had excellent burgers at this friendly spot. One friend had the Black & Blue burger with Montreal seasoning and blue cheese; another had a cheeseburger with sauteed onions; and I had the Smokestack, with sauteed onions, 2 slices of Pineland cheddar, and BBQ sauce. All were cooked to our specifications and accompanied by wonderful crunchy house-made... More

We arrived around 12:30 on a Sat. We were greeted with a friendly smile and asked if we preferred the bar or dining room. The bar area only had a few people seated in it, we asked to be seated in the dining room. There were a few more occupied tables in there. Our waitress was very prompt in coming... More
