The atmosphere is nice and comfortable. They have gluten free options , good beer. I wish trip advisor had a good rating because. Would use it here
My husband and I ate at Sebago twice while staying at the Hampton Inn, on the first night of our trip up the coast of Maine and again the night before we flew home. The hotel has a door that opens into Sebago, and it was recommended by the desk clerk. The first night we ate fried haddock and steak,... More
I try and eat here at least once everytime I visit Portland. It's just a great little place for good casual food. I love the lobster quesadillas, the haddock bites....and the delicious chowder. We aren't huge micro brew junkies, but found the local brews just fine. After several visits, I haven't had a bad experience yet. I look forward to... More
Had a very nice lunch here. It is conveniently attached to the Hampton Inn where we stayed. Interesting selection of their own locally brewed beers. The lobster roll was very good with big chunks of lobster. Would definitely recommend.
We toured four breweries in Maine and came away with Sebago as the lowest rated of the four. There is nothing wrong with their beers, it's just that they didn't wow us. The restaurant and staff were very nice. We didn't sample any of the menu.
Our tour on the Maine Brew Bus picked up outside of Sebago, so we decided to eat lunch here before our tour. Food was good--I had the seasonal flatbread on the specials menu. They had a decent selection of their beers on tap but also had a good variety of specialty cocktails if beer isn't your thing. Overall it was... More
Doing a little brewery tour around Maine we had to stop here. The restaurant/bar is beautiful and seemingly new. We ordered a sampler of beers which were all pretty decent but nothing too memorable. We checked out their food menu but nothing quite caught our eye as we skipped having lunch here. Bartender was nice and quick with service.
We were in town for one day on a cruise and decided to try the local breweries. We were heading for Shipyard, but stumbled upon Sebago Brewery first and decided to stop. We were warmly greeted and given a table in the restaurant section. I ordered the Reuben and my wife ordered the BBQ Pulled Pork. Both sandwiches were outstanding,... More
Stopped here when we were in Portland to sample some of their beers and grab a bite to eat. We haven't had much of their beer, so we weren't sure which one we wanted, but the bartender was friendly and nice enough to give us a couple of small samples to see what we liked. Many of them were hoppier... More
I've always enjoyed going to local brew-pubs. It gives a traveler the opportunity to taste local fare and beer. At Sebago, neither were impressive. Try someplace else, you will be happier.
