The food is delicious! Popover a la mode yummy! Its a must to round off your meal. lunch-lobster salad a must YUMMY!
My husband and I ate here at the recommendation of a friend, and we were very happy we did. Before dinner we strolled down a path to a nearby bridge that goes over a creek running into Jordan Pond, which was very pretty. Once inside, we were seated next to a large window and were treated to a beautiful view... More
This is a great stop after a moderate hike. It is a must visit for any first-timers to Acadia National Park. The best bet is between lunch and dinner, when the crowds tend to be a little less busy. The meal to get: lobster chowder (best ever) with pop-overs. You can get more "typical" restaurant fare, but these are the... More
This is a must for afternoon tea. Th tea and scones take you back to a much gentler and gracious age. There is a wonderful gift shop with all sorts of wonderful goodies.

They have an efficient system with beeping device. We wanted to seat outdoors (the weather was great) and we were surprised... More
Great view with outside dining, best popovers ever and even better lobster stew. Highly recommend this restaurant
A great place to have lunch while visiting Acadia National Park. (Also very crowded because it's the only place to have lunch in the park.) A nice varied menu, reasonable prices, and the world's largest popovers served with butter and strawberry jam -- delicious!

The popovers are served with butter & strawberry jam. My sweetheart ordered a cup of the Lobster Stew ($11.25), which was loaded with huge chunks of... More
Good Popovers! Good Popovers!! Good Popovers!!! Say... Did I mention the popovers? Good lemon aide too! Gorgeous setting and... Popovers!
We spent the day hiking the trails of Jordan Pond and the Bubbles, and this was the perfect dining experience to end our afternoon. Yes, it can be pricey, but you just got to try it once. The 4 of us ate for 110 dollars including tip at a late lunch. Everything was delicious from the stews, to the popovers,... More
