Expensive, but worth every penny. The food was perfect. We had cocktails, calamari, salads, and the bison cowboy. They were all delicious - prepared spot on. What stands out the most, though, was the service. Our waiter, Mehmed, could not have been better. He was...friendly and knowledgeable. He timed the dishes just right and was available, but not intrusive. The overall experience definitely places in my top 5, and as someone who really enjoys fine dining, that is saying something.More

This hotel is located with the Summit Hotel and has a really nice atmosphere. The dinners were pricey but did not disappoint. I alway get ribeye and this cut was spectacular. Juicey, tasty and cooked just right at medium rare+. May have been one of...the top ribeyes I have ever had. My son loved the lamb which was a special. My other party members raved about their steaks too. Services was pretty good too but not as amazing as the food. Oh yeah, get ready to spend.More

The prices are similar to those at high-end steakhouses across the country, but the quality is there too. I had an excellent cocktail (mezcal Negroni). My wife claimed that this was the best tenderloin she ever had. My sirloin top was an interesting choice and...it was equally good. The accompaniments (I loved the Oscar sauce!) and sides didn’t disappoint either. Even the wine by the glass was way above average.More

My girlfriends and I stayed at the Summit Hotel for 6 nights and enjoyed several items on the Peaks breakfast menu each morning. The food was creative and delicious, but most memorable was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, personable and accommodating. The manager, Ricardo,...greeted us every morning and made sure that we had everything that we needed. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for everything!!More

The service of their staff and food quality and presentation and portion sizes were great! Prices were fair and comparable to other restaurants. I would rate this restaurant as a 4.5 star and definitely recommend it. I would make reservations before as this restaurant is...located in the Summit Hotel and the guests of the hotel get first preference. and they book up very quickly but it was the date beofre Valentines DAy .More

Bradford, and the entire staff; were incredible. The meal was one of the best we’ve had. The head Chef, Brandon, cultivated an exquisitely unique menu that ordained its roots from a classical homefront. Speaking of homefront, let’s broach the topic of a menu that festured...both international and PRIME domestic cuts of meat that cannot be found anywhere within 300 square miles. Last but not least the desert?? The Port dè crème was potentially the best sweet treat I’ve ever tasted. 5 stars all around for an intricately manicured experience at big sky.More

If your going to charge 50-75 per steak get your act together. 2 tenderloins ordered medium one was rare other was med-rare. Took 30 minutes from sitting down to first drink. Get better service at an Outback.

Bradford was a terrific server throughout our dinner. Elk tartare for appetizer, venison chops and Wagyu tenderloin with crab and lobster Mac and cheese for entree along with a Mountain Berry cobbler for desert was absolutely delicious. Staff was attentive and inviting. A Big Sky...must!More

We had a very difficult trip the week before Christmas, from Florida to Big Sky with flight cancellation, arriving 24 hours after we expected, more delays and with NO baggage. It was just about 10 pm after we checked in and had not eaten since...noon, so went straight to Peaks restaurant to get something. At first we were told they were just closing the kitchen, but when I told them our plight, the manager Chadwick and a server Luke, and another young lady who unfortunately I can't remember her name, were extremely kind and caring. We were able to order a dinner to go, and given wine which was a welcome treat after 2 days full of mishaps and problems. They really went out of their way, we so appreciated them, the good food and most of all the kindness!More

Daily breakfast at Peaks for my family of 5 was one of the highlights during our week stay. Andrea and Camila at the reception desk were friendly, polite, and efficient. Wait staff were also very courteous and accommodating.

Peaks is the restaurant you need to use to get the breakfast that comes with your stay. It seems that they just haven't figured out how to handle breakfast for so many people with limited seating and a lot of take out orders because of...Covid restrictions. The kids working were doing their best and were always friendly and apologetic but our order was misplaced 2 of the 4 days and it took an average of 1 hour or more to get your order. I set my alarm each morning at 7 to call our order in so we would have food by 8:15. It often takes several tries to get through and long hold times. They could definitely use some more staff. If I had to pay for the breakfast I would definitely eat elsewhere.More

I tend to be reluctant to go to resort dining establishments because they lean towards overpricing and underperforming. I should have stuck to my instincts. If it wasn’t for the attentive and pleasant service of Rachel, this meal would have gone from adequate to mediocre....We are not typically folks who send food back, but the ribeyes cooked medium did not beling being served in this establishment. The cow must have eaten barbed wire for breakfast. Chewy, tough, and not good quality at all. After much searching, we did find one piece of lobster in the way overpriced lobster mac and cheese. It had the consistency of being served from a buffet line. On the upside, the seeded bread and Peaks salad were quite nice. Overall, there are much better places in the area to get high quality meals.More

My husband and I have been visiting Big Sky for the last 5 years. We always look forward to the warm greeting from Ricardo and his always positive attitude. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day before hitting the slopes. The...service, especially from Irma, always has us feeling like we’re at home with each and every visit to Big Sky. If you’re looking for a great breakfast spread, local steak assortments, and top knot service, make sure to visit Peaks!More
