I would not recomend the Inn on the Lake to anyone looking for a place for their wedding reception. I had my wedding reception there on 8/16/08. We took a week at Canandaigua Inn On The Lake & loved every minute of it! A quiet location with lovely lake views & good service. Not worth what it costs, but it is very good. Better to try the New York Wine and Culinary center at the end of the parking lot. more
