Always a great lunch spot. So many different selections, something for everyone. Waitresses are always pleasant!

Every time my friends and i visit the Hall of fame we make it mandatory to eat -and drink - at the Doubleday. Tasty and well-prepared "bar food" (terrific burgers), an array of interesting and reasonably priced brews, and attentive but not overbearing service in at atmosphere where everyone is having fun. Great place to talk baseball with strangers and...

Went for dinner last Friday & Saturday nights. Friday it was mostly empty, Saturday it was packed. Both nights the service was very good. The food was cooked just right & brought in a timely manner. Prices were pretty reasonable, especially when compared to other restaurants in town. $8.95 for 12 large wings! Three dollars cheaper than the Pioneer Patio...

Right smack in the center of Cooperstown is a fantastic place for breakfast. Dragging your self out of bed and thinking of taking a walk to first base but only to find your self rounding third an houtr later and heading for home. Great food, great service, great variety, good value. A grand slam!
arrived in town a little late so options for dinner (about 8:30pm) were limited. we found this cafe open and the meals were enjoyable, several nice local brews on tap and a baseball themed comfortable room. service was solid, nothing noteworthy but good and appropriate.
The food is decent and the atmosphere is friendly and pleasant. They have a daily specials menu which is worth trying as the menu is typical.
Good Mexican food in upstate New York, who knew? As someone who has lived in the home of AMAZING Mexican food, Southern California, I thought the enchiladas here were great.
We've eaten breakfast and lunch here and the food is always great. The breakfasts are terrific and the service is quick and friendly. It can get a little noisy for lunch (and dinner I'm assuming).

It was the perfect place for an early Saturday afternoon lunch. The food was excellent, prices were reasonable, drinks were generous and the service was great even...

Everything here is topnotch. From appearances you would not expect the quality and service you receive. Looks more like a local's joint, but the food, beverage selection and service set it apart.
