Visited Ruka's Table during MLK weekend 2013. Most of the restaurants in Highlands are closed this time of year but we were very pleased with Ruka's Table. You can expect to pay $25 to $35 per plate. We ordered a cheese appetizer as well. All were very excellent. Portions are large.

Just average all the way around! The food was ordinary. The service was not great either. We won't be going back. We went with friends (6 of us total) and no one was impressed with their food. The choices sounded better on the menu than what appeared on the table. A total disappointment!

I did not care for any of my dinner (turnip soup and grouper) but my husband liked his chicken dish. I thought it was overated/overpriced, although it does have a great atmosphere and the service was good. I don't mind paying if the meal is great, but this wasn't.
