We stopped in quickly before they closed to get a coffee and walk to the beach. They had 2 scones left so we bought them. They were delicious, and the service was great!

Scones never disappoint and the mocha's are delish! Ice cream seems very spendy to me..$6 for a cone or homemade sandwich. That's a lot if you have grandkids you want to treat. Maybe not too much for some, but I'm a bit frugal and for the less I can get a scone and a mocha. Better use of my money!
Hey, you LIKE finding charming towns with pedestrian friendly and walkable streets, and Gearhart has it, all with tremendous golf courses, cute vacation rental homes, and close access to the beach. Seaside it ain't. This is small town. But Pops is the perfect example of just how good a small town proprietor can be.
The people who own and operate the place are absolutely wonderful. The saltwater taffy isn't made on the premises and it's just OK. The ice cream isn't either but it's rich and delicious. We love visiting this place because the outdoor garden is gorgeous and perfect for the kids to play in while the adults visit.
