We had a late dinner at the 1796 Room after spending the afternoon taking the waters at the Bedford Springs Spa. We promised ourselves a light dinner, but when offered the chance to dine on 21-day aged beef, we threw that idea out the window. Service -- impeccable. Food -- top of the line. If you don't eat beef, try... More

Had an awesome evening at this resort, and an even more awesome experience at dinner. When you visit this restaurant, do NOT pass on the appetizer, 4 seafood tower. though pricy when first seen on the menu, it is actually a bargain, with crab legs (large, pre split for easy eating) good size lobster tails, big shrimp and tuna, what... Not sure I have enough words to fill this review because one word sums it all up - heavenly. I can literally still taste the flavorful, tender, mouth-watering tenderloin, even weeks later. I'm not sure any other will ever live up to my new standards.

The 1796 Room is full of history which goes a bit unnoticed at first, but the ambiance of the restaurant quickly becomes unmistakable. The service was Excellent!!!!!!! and the Food very thoughtfully prepared.

The steaks were great. The seafood tower was fine and bountiful but prep on it was lacking. The knife work on the tuna tartare was laughable - strings of sinew holding together haphazardly chopped differently sized cubes of tuna - it looked like it had been chewed rather than chopped. And the lobster tails split but were not loosened from... More

This is a true gem inside the Omni Bedford Springs, the food/service/value is second to none. I had the 20 oz bone in spice crusted ribeye and it was perfectly cooked with a fantastic crusting. The steaks and entrees come with a side. The sweet potatoes with the melted marshmallows is to die for! We love this restaurant and will... More

I really like this restaurant. It's low key, not expensive but very good food. The salmon tavern salad is excellent! They pour a great glass of wine here. Sit back and relax and enjoy the wonderful view at this spectacular resort.

Everyone was extremely polite, attentive, and accommodating. We had great seats, very romantic. Staff is very interactive and knowledgeable of the menu. Did not care for the onion soup which they exchanged for me without any issue. Their wine selection is limited but doable. Overall, the price is a little high but should be expected; however, the portions are huge!... More

Intimate, but don't reserve if there is a birthday party going on! The dining area is classy but too small to avoid a party of 12.

This is an excellent but pricey restaurant -- expect to pay $10.00 for a bottle of San Pellegrino, for example. No couple ever got out of here, I am sure, for less than $100. It's still good value if you are staying at the resort, The duck is sumptuous. This is a "special treat" kind of place -- to go... More
