I have eaten here several times. The service has always been very good. The ingredients are always fresh. The menu is varied. The cream of crab soup is better than any you'll find on Maryland's Eastern Shore. The lasagna is the best I've ever had in any Italian restaurant, and for a much more reasonable price. So light it melts... More

While my parents and I enjoyed our meals, they weren't overly spectacular in anyway. I will say that the house salad you get with your entree is fantastic. Large, fresh and gorgeous with shaved parmesan and spicy little croutons. This is coming from someone who usually believes salad is what your entree eats. I saw a lot of reviewers raving... More

My boyfriend are always looking for a good Italian place in the York area. So we were excited to hear about Villa Medusa. When we walked in it took a good 10 minutes to be greeted. The person who greeted us mumbled incoherently and led us to a table. Turns out he was our server, OMG he must have never... More

3 in our party had spaghetti and meat balls. The menu indicates the meat balls are home made, they serve 4 meat balls and they were excellent. The sauce was very good. The portion of spaghetti was more than anyone in our party could eat, so they are generous with their portions. The rolls were warm and tasty, they served... More

My husband and I went to Medussa on Valentine's Day. The food was excellent. The service was great. Very, very friendly. Everything at Medussa is homemade including the bread and pesto sauce which is good enough to eat for a meal. Chef Bob personally visited our table and chatted. There is nothing negative that I can say about this restaurant.... More

Very nice meal. Excellent service. The menu is great as there was something for everyone at our table. My daughter loved the bread too.

Decided to try a new Mediterranean/Italian restaurant. Appetizer fried calamari was good, along with the antipasto plate. Nice fresh salad, tomatoes that actually tasted good. Nicely large portions. Minor criticisms - veal parm was deep fried, not sauteed, but overall very good. Service was attentive. I'd go back.
