We stop here every year during our visit to Glen Rose. There are a variety of cake slices to choose from, beautiful big cupcakes, cookies and bars. This year, we chose the lemon bars and cream cheese bars. Both were great!

Good pastries. The people were very friendly and even gave our kids some free cookies. The cheesecake was excellent. It is inside an Exxon station, so you might miss it if you are not careful.

Homemade sweets, deserts, wedding cakes, breakfast, snacks! You will not believe the flavor Darcy manages to infuse into her baking! Wow! So much variety to choose from, you could spend hours just trying to decide which decadent desert to consume next! Many deserts are prepackaged right there and ready to go.

So, would you expect to find a wonderful bakery inside of an Exxon station? All types of cakes, pies, treats and goodies and great people to assist you. We've made this a regular stop every time we're in Glen Rose. Don't let just the locals enjoy this!

This tiny little bakery tucked inside an exxon gas station saved our weekend trip by offering up some tasty treats at a truly unbeatable bargain (massive slices for under $3)! Went for breakfast and was not disappointed.

This place is on the main drag in Glen Rose, Texas. Yes, it's in an Exxon station. Looks can be extremely deceiving - we had brownies, cheesecake squares and lemon bars. Quality of food was absolutely delicious. We sampled marble chocolate cheesecake squares - terrific. Double chocolate brownies - wonderful. German chocolate brownies - lovely, but wish it had pecans... More

I accidently experienced this bakery driving from Fort Worth to Boerne, Tx. This bakery is located in a small Exxon gas station and is inconspicuous to the average driver. However, once inside the store, it is a mini Willy Wonka + Martha Stewart. Any cake or cookie you can imagine is baked fresh and ready to devour. However, you can... More

One day in advance, placed order for decorated special occasion cake. Ordered her moist "most requested" flavor, amaretto. .Soooooooo beautiful and delicious and budget-friendly. Brides in Greater Fort Worth area should find it well-worthwhile to look at Barnard Street Bakery. They have many delicious baked goods and a sister business sells sandwiches.
