We returned to Vitek's for another Gut pack. consistently good. Clean bathrooms, Clean establishment. Lots of room to sit, quick service. Don't drive through Waco without planning your stop here.

Went because of the good reviews. I have traveled the country eating good BBQ and this place doesn't come close. The building and atmosphere was very nice. I have ate at Viteks multiple times and the gut pack is by far the best thing on the menu! I have tried the pork tacos and nachos and they just dont contain the flavor you get from a gut pack!
