My daughter and son-in-law took me here last weekend. We had to wait 20 minutes to get in. The place is a block off the beach and very small. The staff was friendly and efficient. I really enjoyed the drink, Mojito,“made by hand with fresh ingredients,” they say. I had the Shrimp - Camarones al Ajillo. My son-in-law ordered the... More

I've hesitated sharing a review about mojitos for quite some time. I live a few blocks away and this is one of our favorites and for selfish reasons I didn't want more people to take up seats:). However, they deserve the recognition!!! First of all...yes, it is very small. 8-10 table depending on how you configure the seating with a... More

My cousin and I were looking for a casual restaurant to not get dressed up. What a nice surprise researching trip advisor for this hole in the wall restaurant that is next to a subway shop. The restaurant was packed and we waited for a half our, but made the time go by with their signature drink "the mojito." The... More

Best Empanada since leaving Panama. The steak skewers were also great. Service was right on time and genuinely friendly. Prices were fair. Highly recommend as a casual night out or even a quick stop for a cold drink and an appetizer.

Found this hidden gem by our hotel. Great food service and drinks. Will make sure to come here again during our next visit. This place is a must if you are looking for good food and fresh mojitos!

Best Cubano sandwhich in the area and actually everything out of the small menu is very good! Don't know why anybody would go next door to Subway! Only back draw limited hours of operation.

Found this little gem right next to the hotel by chance. Gave it a try after reading reviews here. Food was well prepared, creative and tasty. Wish we'd had time to try some of the other dishes. We tried the layered plaintains and fish tacos. The mojitos themselves were also terrific - and "full size" - great. We also enjoyed... More

Ate here with some friends while attending a conference at a nearby hotel. It was a weekday evening in March, so it was pretty quiet & we got a table right away (after looking at the menu b/c we were apprehensive we would find anything we'd like). The waiter that evening was so friendly and helpful with us, suggesting different... More

My boyfriend and I were told about this gem by the innkeepers @ beach Spa B&B and so glad we were!! We ate here for dinners both nights we were in town And it was wonderful both nights. We eat at many different places and I can honestly say this is the best food I've ever eaten. Period. Mojitos are... More

This is the best place for dinner within miles. The food and drinks are very authentic and done very well - a blend of many different latin cuisines. Given the name, you should have a mojito, and they're very reasonably priced - especially during happy hour.
