This place was recommended by our hotel as the best place in town for a customer dinner, and it didn't disappoint. The food was fantastic, the service was impeccable. Would highly recommend.

The last two times I was in Milwaukee for business, we went to dinner as a group to Capital Grille. Each time, we had a great experience.
Location - downtown within walking distance to most hotels and businesses. Valet parking. Service - Excellent. Food - Delicious. Options for everyone from vegetarian pasta (yes, at a steak house), to ahi tuna,...

The service was almost too much as the waitress talked very much. But overall very good food (big portions) and great experience.
My experience at The Capital Grille was first class from start to finish. If only every restaurant adopted service and quality of food like this! A MUST try. No exceptions.
We had a great experience there - the steaks, from the filet to the bone-in ribeye were excellent. We also had the fresh lobster as a table enhancer and it was terrific. We would highly recommend the calamari appetizer. The waiter was great and had several suggestions that helped make the experience for us, from the lobster preparation to tips...

The steaks are always wonderful. We have tried the many steak options on the regular menu, as well as the specials. The calamari is a great appetizer. Lobster Mac and cheese is delicious. The steaks are always cooked to perfection.
Food was very good, service was fine initially, it went down hill when it got busy. Extremely expensive dinner, nearly $300 for two people with a total of four cocktails. More than I care to pay for a couple of steaks with sides.
Service: Service was excellent from the waiter to the host and hostess. My only concern was that the water glasses were not refilled as often.
Cost: Expect to spend over $200.00 per couple with tip. Amaretto sours $8 each. Lobster/crab cakes $18. Tomato and mots salad $13. Filet dinner special with Yukon gold potatoes $46. French onion soup $10 in...

It is a nice place with good steaks and great bar. Actually the bar is nicer than the general room - the general room is pretty boring in terms of interior design. The bar looks like an old fashion cigar bar with dark wood and is very well executed. The steaks are definitely great and in line with Ruth Chris,...

My wife and I had dinner at the Capital Grille on Christmas Eve and it was a wonderful experience. The lobster bisque, Kona crusted bone in sirloin and lobster tail were excellent. The caprese salad, side dishes and dessert were very good. The service was also very good. It was a 2 and a half hour dinner with plenty of...
