The food is excellent here. I would not say exceptional or very innovative, but it's excellent quality and value for a French bistro. The food is quite traditional, but well done. The restaurant is popular and can get very busy. Tables are a bit cramped, but the service is very good overall. I would recommend it.

We were greeted warmly and seated promptly when we walked in by the chef and owner Philippe Gardelle. We were expecting it to be a bit more stuffy but the ambiance was fairly casual.
