I can always count on this chain, whether in US or England to have fresh AFFORDABLE food,. And the staff on W. 42nd, couldn't have been nicer and this is NYC!!!!
In a cold day, warm, seasoned and natural food is wonderful. And the price is nice, too. Soup and wraps that makes you feel like you were in granny's home.
I have been a customer at this location since it opened. They serve the most delicious Morroccan Lentil Soup I have ever tasted. I went today only to be extremely disappointed. They no longer serve hot fresh soup from the soup pots behind the counter. They have the soup sitting on the shelves in to go containers for patrons to... More
Because Pret a Manger is one of the convenient downtown eateries to where I work, I decided to make its acquaintance on several occasions, first sampling their breakfast treats with coffee, both fine, and then graduating to their luncheon menu: sandwiches, soups and baguettes. I tried their sandwiches on several occasions just to make sure that what I had experienced... More
Service is efficient and friendly. The food is excellent- it's not a gourmet plated dinner, but their selection is pretty wide ( covers carnivores, halal, vegetarians, vegans and u think they have some GF choices). Great options for a quick grab-n-go or a more leisurely meal. Their sandwiches are great!
I visited 2 different Pret A Manger while holidaying in New York and I really liked them. Interesting sandwich, salad, drinks.. really good selections. Settings is also nice, especially this one on 42nd St. Wish it would open in Indonesia, where I came from. But we are still far from a habit of consuming healthy food.. places like this may... More
You're in a hurry, don't have time for a decent meal, feeling guilty to eat a regular fast food? Pret a Manger is for you . Good food, many options, healthy. In NYC it is comforting to know that a Pret is just around many corners.
I really like the unusual selection of the food at Pret a Manger and the freshness of it. One of my favorite dishes is their mushroom risotto, unfortunately, they don't have it too often. I also like the concept the restaurant was founded on to help the homeless.
This place is good for starting the day, good sandwiches just made, excellent orange juice, tasty croissants. Maybe coffee is better at Starbucks but all in all I prefer this, plenty of room to seat, clean restrooms and absolutely excellent staff, congratulations.
