Went there last Saturday with my daughters to have breakfast. Place was packed, bagel selection is good. Ordered a sausage and egg on a plain bagel. It was superb! Just enough chewiness. Kids loves theirs too. Received many awards from local papers. Highly recommended!

Greg's offers a different selection of bagels including chocolate and hot pepper, and "cornmeal and pecan. A great selection of smoked salmons too. I had a bagel with curried chicken that was just perfectly spicy. Our party also had a turkey and cheese on bagel they pronounced delicious. Owner Greg is on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly, and... More

One of our favorite eateries in Baltimore. Totally unpretentious and bare boned decor. But who cares when the bagels are just right.... Not too hard or too chewy. Just the right consistency. And there are all the old favourites from plain to the total combo. There is a large variety of smoked salmon from all over the world. And I... More

I ordered a British bagel--clotted cream and strawberry preserves on a plain bagel, and a Scottish salmon one--salmon, cream cheese, and I asked for a tomato, also on a plain bagel. Best, bagel. Ever. Now I know why the owner says his favorite is a plain bagel with butter--so nothing disturbs the perfect taste of the bagel! My husband got... More

Where to start...Greg and Pat are amazing people whose food is heavenly but they also do so much for the local Arts and Cultural scene. The heavenly food items include but are not limited to: -Savory Bagels: The Colossus (their everything bagel), vidalia onion, tomato/spelt/flax, poppy seed, sesame seed, etc... -Sweet Bagels: Chocolate chip bagel, cinnamon raisin, white chocolate macadamia,... I'm New York born and raised and generally find Greg's to be a disappointment. Even though he's the closet place to my house where I can get something resembling bagels and lox, I almost never go there. His bagels are the right size, but even the traditional savory flavors (as opposed to the sweet abominations that no true bagel shop... More

Best bagels in Towson easily. I like the different varieties like Flax, Vidalia Onion and other whole grain types. Bagels are excellent with cream cheese. the few times I have had sandwiches they have been ok but less than stellar - considering the quality of the bagels. Price is good. Greg is there. Lots of young people working. Yes, Euros... More

It is rare anywhere else that you order a bagel and it is delivered to you warm. Not so at Greg's, it happens quite often. I buy six bagels (a $1 each) to bring home usually. Their selection of lox is among the best I have ever encountered. The bagels are smaller than at bagel chains, yet have a better... More

I am not a bagel connoisseur and have not grown up eating them (am English) so the texture has always been alien to me (especially the dense chewiness). So I do not seek out bagels and in the 3 years that I have been living in the US have never purposefully ordered a bagel... I usually avoid them. So today,... More

This place has ruined all other bagels for me. They're really that good. Don't be afraid to try something new and ALWAYS take Greg and Kathy's recommendations.
