UMI offers great japanese fine dining. The food is delicious and the staff provides outstanding customer service. It is my favorite Japanese Restaurant in Fredericksburg. Try the Lobster Miso Soup, avocado salad and the wonderful sushi at UMI.

The staff is mostly Korean, but those of us who have been to Japan several times recognize this restaurant as the real thing. Good food and good service in a nice space.
