This place was outstanding. Hot food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere and most importantly Delicious! For right around the price of a value meal me and my friends will return often.

We took 3 adults and 2 kids here for dinner on Easter night. Choi herself helped serve us. The very good spicy pork dish was great according to my husband. My mom and I had the very tasty bibimbop in a hot stone bowl. Really delicious and fresh and accessible to someone who isnt too familiar with korean food. We...

Our recent visit to Choi's for lunch was outstanding. We began with the Rainbow Sushi appetizer - delicious, fresh, attractively presented. We enjoyed two different entrees, both were served HOT, freshly prepared, generous servings and very tasty. In addition the eight tiny plates of various pickled vegetables were delicious and our server brought second helpings for any we requested -...

My husband and I enjoy Choi's selection of wonderful, fresh food. The portions are generous, and you can request a "spicy" menu dish cooked to order mild. The eight dishes of appetizers they serve are really a nice treat. When we ate there last I met the owner, and it was nice to dine somewhere and have the restaurant owner...

Choi's isn't anything special on the outside, just a sign on a strip in the middle of the vast Fredericksburg Central Park. Inside however there is a little bit of magic going on! This was my first visit and I wish I had discovered it sooner.
It's a delightful little place decorated efficiently with Korean flair. It's not too big...

We have been going to Choi's for at least a year now. Probably would have walked by this place if it wasn't for TripAdvisor. Restaurant is setback off the road, so you have to know your looking for it or be in the same shopping plaza. Most of the other chain restaurants along the same road stand out before you...

Family owned by wonderful people who make you feel like visiting relatives, not patrons. Everything we've had on numerous visits has been excellent.
This is the first time we've been in a Korean restaurant so we didn't really know what to expect. After we ordered our entrees we were pleasantly surprised to receive eight small side dishes to sample.
The food is fresh and tasty, and our entree's portion size generous. Apparently Korean food is typically on the hot and spicy side, so...
