We visited Splasher’s twice in the past couple of weeks. The first time was late afternoon for a short stop at their bar. The service was attentive even though there were several people already there including several regulars. My house special Mai Tai was good and my husband’s local draft beer as expected. We had the fried calamari appetizer which... More

Hands down, the best seafood omelet and potatoes ever. I would love the recipe for their House Potatoes! Good service although our initial food server apparently was sent on break right after she took our order. Good portion sizes. Fantastic view of the harbor. Little kids will get a kick out of watching the birds mooching for crumbs.

We came for breakfast one morning during our stay. The view is nice, but the building is showing it's age a bit. Breakfast tacos and moco loco were good and out food came quickly. Staff is nice. It seems to stay busy steadily throughout the day. We'll try it again for dinner next time we're in town.

My husband and I stopped into Splashers for lunch. We ordered a chicken quesadilla for an app. We were not half away done before our two burgers came out. Huge burgers and so tasty ! I got the sweet and sassy and it was surprisingly good! Music that was playing was great. Just overall good experience!

Just off the cruise ship, I saw the great reviews for Splashers and it overlooked the bay in Kona. I had a Castaway IPA beer and Terri had a glass of wine. We then ordered lunch. I ordered the fish and chips and Terri had the abacado chicken melt with onion rings. I give this place a 5! Best fish... More

Heard about this local restaurant and decided to dine here on our last day. The service was good and the live musician playing was good as well. The food was average though - fish, shrimp and calamari were quite dry and overcooked, and the serving of macadamia crusted mahi mahi was quite small compared to our other dishes. Would not... More

We were exhausted from sightseeing at the volanoes national park all day, so we stumbled upon this place for dinner because it was not too far from our hotel. Had a mix of locals and tourists. Mostly a lot of seafood on the menu, but other options as well. Overall, the seafood was very fresh and good.

Had burgers and beers at the bar. Very happy with the quality and service. The food was fresh and hot, and better than what you think of when you think "bar food." Location right on the Harbor an full of tourist from cruise ships. Our bar tender, Jason was entertainment all of his own. The staff was friendly. Very, very busy... More

My husband and I ate here a couple of nights during our stay. The fish and chips were excellent (we did substitute a salad for the fries). The fish tacos were also very good. Enjoyed the view overlooking the pier and the street. Service was also friendly and efficient.

There are many restaurants and shops in the "tourist' area of the city across from the harbor. We picked this one because it had reasonable prices and a good location. We were pleased with the service and array of food choices, and we loved our food! We both had seafood and enjoyed it very much.
