Great job, super service. All entrees and appetizers were yummy and portions were just right. Servers were very attentive and the signature drinks were fun and inventive.

The dining room service and the chefs dish interpretations were above and beyond my wildest expectations. If your in the area, do yourself and favor and dine at The Copperleaf Restaurant at the Cedarbrook Lodge. You won't be disappointed!!
If you are looking for a secluded, modern yet rustic, blend of fine dining and perfectly groomed garden settings, this is the place for you! Through out your budget, ask to sit outside, and take part in the 6 course meal paired with tasty wines! We shared each plate and added a cheese course before the 2 dessert courses and...

We often stay at the Cedarbrook on the night before and early flight out of SeaTac, and the natural thing to do is dine at their restaurant, the Copperleaf. The wonderful thing is that it's not merely convenient -- it's a consistently superb meal.
This last time we went slightly overboard celebrating the eve of a trip to the East...

If you have any reason to be near SEATAC airport in the evening, consider taking some time to have dinner at the Copperleaf. I spent a night at the lodge, which was very nice, but I would come just for the restaurant. I had a pear salad that was probably the highlight of the meal, but also enjoyed the pork...

we only had lunch there once. food was good, but nothing outstanding. I am not a lover of french fries, but my husband had some and they were awful. Had to wait to be served a little longer than average too. But nice decoration and the restaurant has a great location, looking at ponds, green landscaping, nice fire place etc

The Copperleaf Restaurant provides really surprisingly good dinner, and every dish I've had has been top notch. Like the Lodge itself, the restaurant is an oddly remote oasis that is completely out of context in gritty Seatac.
I would probably not make...

Ate in the bar. Make reservations ahead for main restaurant they fill up fast. Has been given recent awards. Bar menu is limited but excellent. Had battered Halibut which was awesome. Nice atmosphere.
It was a bit awkward entering the restaurant from the outside due to recent floor refinishing, but that was quickly overcome. Inside, the restaurant was noisy due to an ongoing private party and poor acoustics and noise dampening in the room design. However, we were immediately greeted and seated by a cool but efficient hostess. The waitress (Teri S.) arrived...

We experienced Copperleaf Restaurant last night with some dear friends. It has great ambiance, excellent food, and a wonderful selection of northwest themed menu items. The foie gras was marvelous, the lamb saddle was exquisite, and the desserts were both exquisite and marvelous. However the service was not up to the food. It was pretty slow, others who were seated...
