Every visit to Seattle we start our mornings with the best croissants in the County and maybe the world!! I love the plain croissants. But also enjoy a fruit pastry and this trip enjoyed the Cherry Vanilla croissant! Always grab a loaf of bread to take home! Don't forget to get a macaroon or a chocolate as a treat! The... More

This is a fanstastic place for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. They have sandwiches, bread, and all kinds of sweets. The chocolate croissants that are still hot, and are to die for..... This is a very small place -- there are about 6 small tables. As a result, you can count on a line and on busy days a line... More

This is a great little place. I wouldn't recommend the coffee, but the baked goods are amazing! We tried a breakfast croissant, which was great and a chocolate croissant.

Had a cup of coffee each to have with our pastries. What a cute place, and busy! As we sat having our breakfast, we kept looking at their so... More

The best bakery hands down. We live in Eastern Washington and get over every couple of months. You actually start to daydream of the ham and cheese croissants. They are so good we drove from Snohomish to get one on our last visit. Well worth your time, money and effort.

The pastries and sandwiches at the Bakery Nouveau were absolutely outstanding! Although very busy, the service was excellent! We highly recommend and will definitely be going back!

If you love french pastries this is heaven! So many varieties of pastries, I never saw before. I had a salmon croissant, delicious! I tried some macaroons-delicious! Wish I was staying a little closer, I would have been back.
