Watch how cheese is made. Sample curds and their signature cheese with crackers. But a cheese sandwich, soup and/or Mac and cheese. Food is great. Not many places to sit and not a relaxing meal but the food is very good.

The mac and cheese is good, but I've had better at a local deli counter. The grilled cheese sandwich is much the same. If anything, the homemade soups might be the best thing on the menu. Don't need to come back again.

Superb choices of cheese that you know were made onsite. Helpful service. We picked a few cheeses, some crackers and bought a bottle of fine wine (off premises) and enjoyed a light meal. A must place to visit.

I am sure the cheeses would have been amazing but I went for the "World's Best Maccaroni and Cheese". It seemed more like an Alfredo type sauce to me - Mac and cheese in the south is full of yummy cheese and also with a creamy sauce - this is just a creamy white sauce and seems to missing the... I love the cheese at this place. It's real cool, you can see them make the cheese in their window. They offer a lot of sample and that's how you are hooked, but well worth it. Good prices for homemade fresh cheese.

We got to sample the flagship cheese, Mac and cheese and cheese curds during a tasting tour....FABULOUS! John, our tour guide, also works here which made it that much better! Great place...we will definitely be back!

I've been here twice during my 2 trips to Seattle and it will probably happen everytime I go. This place has amazing maccaroni and cheese! If you go here try the samples they have layed out for tasting. I prefer the Flagship and always buy some to take home. A must in Pikes Place!

What a great experience I had at Beecher's! My friend and I sat on the stools and watched the cheese curds being sloshed around, and then the fun REALLY began: They drained the whey and started playing with the cheese. Although there is a brief explanation of how cheese is made hanging on the walls, the signs did not explain... More

The "world's best" Mac and Cheese lives up to its name! The cheese is so creamy -- well worth the price! And seeing them mix up the cheese while you eat adds to the experience. I was visiting from CT, and stumbled upon Beecher's while walking through Pike Place Market alone. A quick look at the menu convinced me to... More
