A "bistro" type restaurant in Vermont, obviously popular and well-supported, but very expensive, though the food is good.
Each course we had was interesting and well-prepared, and not served in gargantuan portions, which is good for the USA.
For me, the coffee was terrible, weak and watery, but this is obviously down to individual taste.
