The food on the other hand was a little meh. We went for Sunday Brunch and I was underwhelmed with my entree. My dining companions enjoyed their food, but it's not a place that captivates conversation and compels us to return. Maybe we will try dinner, that may be different. I just tend to eat at restaurants because the food... More

This was my first visit to the restaurant and I was impressed with the overall look-and-feel of it. Amy, our server, was quite personable and she greeted us by our names when she arrived at the table. The food was overall very good - the Atlantic Grilled Salmon was prepared to perfection, but the baked (broiled) cod was a bit... More

Thank you Amy for the awesome service and for knowing the menu. Salmon was fresh, dinner was overall good, service was extremely, surprisingly excellent. Thumbs up to the female chef .. You rock girl!

I’ve heard a lot about Canoe and my first trip there did not disappoint. Even though I went on a rainy day the scenery with the tables overlooking the river was still great. The service was very good from the valet, hostess, and wait staff. Professional all around. The waiter was able to make good suggestions since it was my... More

Absolutely Horrible Experience. A 50th wedding anniversary, a surprise dinner for my parents. My brothers and I flew in from around the country and surprised our parents with a dinner at what I was led to believe was a nationally acclaimed restaurant. An experienced diner, I make allowances for mishaps, mistakes and less than perfect events but by the end... More

This is a beautiful restaurant next to the river. A very romatic place to dine. Their Sunday brunch is outstanding.

I have been to Canoe many times and they have never let me down. This is definitely my favorite seafood restaurant in Atlanta. They always have a great selection of fish and the sides are never boring. I also love the breadbasket they come around with at the beginning of the meal (about 6-8 different kinds of breads to choose... More

Have had great dinners here but had lunch. Service a bit slow but food was amazing as always and we got to eat outside on a gorgeous day by the Chattahoochee River.

Food was good, but when my wife noted the steak was not rare, they came by and took the one she was eating away without a word, and replaced it. She then sat there for 5 minutes waiting on silverware. Appreciated the gesture, but bizarre way of executing on it - especially since she said she did NOT want another... More

Hard to find—we didn’t trust our GPS directing us in the backwoods—but worth arriving to. Very nice location, the staff was very welcoming, even when we came 1hr in advance. We were able to get to the bar and enjoy the scenery, while waiting for our table. Once seated, our waiter was very nice, and we wrongly thought at first... More
